Hailing from the quaint seaside town of Alba Adriatica in Italy’s Abruzzo region, Aldo’s culinary journey began with the traditional Italian cooking techniques he learned from his mother. Our collaboration is built on the pillars of wellbeing, combining nourishing and rejuvenating cuisine with an enhanced sleep experience.
